These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bdt5 platform and all its services. When you create an account on bdt5 or use the services, you fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

1. General Provisions

bdt5 ("we", "our", "platform") provides an online betting and gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh and form a legally binding agreement between you and bdt5.

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

• You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
• You are legally capable of entering into this agreement.
• Online gaming is legally permitted in your area.
• You will use this service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Account Registration

Creating a personal account is required to enjoy the full services on bdt5. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited.
• Your name, date of birth, contact information, and payment details must be accurate.
• If any information provided at registration changes, you must notify our support team immediately.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity is prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdt5 may at any time request a valid national identity card, passport, or other documents to verify a user's identity. Some account features may be limited until the verification process is completed.

3. Age Verification and Eligibility

bdt5 services are only for individuals aged 21 or older. Allowing minors to use this platform goes against our policy and is strictly prohibited.

• Any account belonging to a person under 21 will be immediately terminated and all balances may be forfeited.
• We may request documents for age verification at any time.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for keeping minors away from gaming.

4. Account Security

It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your account. Keep your login information confidential and never share it with any third party.

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• You are personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing money on bdt5: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Deposited funds are only accepted from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits through a third party are prohibited.
• Provide accurate information when making a deposit — bdt5 is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made from verified accounts.
• Withdrawal funds must go to a payment account registered in your own name.
• bdt5 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in the case of any unusual activity.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions on bdt5 have their own terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms in full before claiming a bonus.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• A wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount must be met before the bonus funds can be used.
• A user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the conditions are met.

6.2 VIP Cashback

• Bronze members will receive a maximum weekly cashback of 0.3%.
• Silver members will receive a maximum weekly cashback of 0.5%.
• Gold members will receive a maximum weekly cashback of 0.8%.
• Regular and active gaming activity is required to advance to a VIP tier.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• bdt5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion.
• If abuse of bonus terms is detected, the relevant account may be terminated.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

7. Betting Rules

All betting activities on bdt5 are conducted on the basis of fairness and transparency. The following rules apply to all users:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• bdt5 reserves the right to void winnings paid out incorrectly due to a technical error.
• In sports betting, the outcome of a bet depends on the official result of the relevant tournament or event.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits may vary by game or market.
• Special rules of bdt5 will apply in the case of drawn, abandoned, or suspended events.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt5 platform and may result in immediate account termination:

• Abusing bonus terms or gaining an advantage through multiple accounts.
• Any form of fraud, deception, or manipulation.
• Using automated software, bots, or any other tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving indecently toward other users.
• Advertising betting or gaming services outside the platform.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

bdt5 reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend your account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of any clause of these Terms.
• If you fail to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• If false or misleading information is provided.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• At your own request (self-exclusion).

In the event of account termination, any legitimately earned balance (if applicable) will be returned after verification is completed, however bonus or promotional funds may be forfeited in such cases.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bdt5 is not liable for:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Any losses resulting from the actions of third parties.
• Losses resulting from inadvertently sharing your own account information.
• Financial losses from gaming or betting — this is entirely at your own risk.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, government directives, etc.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

The privacy of your personal information is very important to us. bdt5 uses SSL encryption and modern security technology to keep your information safe.

• Your personal information is not sold or rented to third parties.
• Information may be provided to the relevant authorities when required to fulfill legal obligations.

12. Changes to Terms

bdt5 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will endeavor to notify users in advance of significant changes.

• Continuing to use the platform after a change to the Terms will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
